Not many artists can claim to have 21 albums in their repertoire. Very few of those could say that their 21st album is as groundbreaking as their previous work, but in Sparks' case, they can. Exotic Creatures of the Deep from May 2008 is 13 tracks of pure eccentric english off-kilter pop, and from the brothers mael, you wouldn't expect anything else!
